Finding a Real World Fashion Job
My daughter just graduated from a rigorous four year study program in the fashion industry. She completed several internships and has done very well to position herself to be qualified for the best fashion design jobs available to her at this point. Unfortunately, competition is fierce for these jobs, and there are no guarantees, in this economy, that she will get what she wants. We are encouraging her to be persistent and to persevere, because we know that she has talent, and that she just has to find the right niche for herself and the right network of people. As they say, it’s not just what you know, but who you know that makes the difference.
