Walking is Great Exercise
My favorite form of working out is walking. I love to just head out into the fresh air and go wherever my feet will take me. I find that with my iPod workouts I can cover about 3-5 miles without even noticing the time. I generally have 3 routes that I choose from that vary in intensities. One route has quite a few hills, while the other two are long and winding. My iPod workouts keep me focused on cardio interval training as well as some strength exercises like lunges and squats. Overall, I am loving this form of working out.
