The time has come to be healthy

Health is a word which means alot of different things to many folks.  Eating in moderation is always advisable.  If foods are eaten in moderation then we may be able to eat just about anything without it giving us a hard time.  The best way to eat healthy, which most people forget about, starts in your mouth.  What you eat must be mixed with saliva which posesses digestive enzymes to help break the food you devour down.  People are chewing very little these days so digestion is put solely on the internal organs.  Digestion starts in the mouth though.  So chew your drinks, and drink your food.
