I was aghast at the thought of having a large piece of gym equipment in my living room but essentially that is the only place in our house where I can put it and where I actually stand a chance of using it. There is no other place and since most of the activity takes place in the living room I can watch television or do any number of things while I am walking or running. I need to buy two new snowboards before our winter vacation in February. I want to buy them before we leave home so that I do not have to shop for them when we get to the mountains. The only problem with this is that I have not been able to find them anywhere in the area we live in. I have been searching a few auction sites online, but have yet to find any good deals on them. Does anyone know of a website where I might be able to place a snowboard order and get them before next month?

My husband is notoriously hard to find gifts for every year on his birthday, and often we all just throw up our hands in complete and utter frustration and buy him a gift card or something similar to that.  This year I was pretty thrilled when I came across the website he had been visiting where they had a really nice looking westbeach maverick jacket for sale.  I know he probably is wanting to get this for his company ski trip that is coming up in March, and I am quite relieved to be able to have a nice gift to give him.

For Christmas we looked at several Connelly pool tables for my teenage son as a combination Christmas and graduation present. He loves to play pool and said this would be a great present. It seemed like a good idea to us too - even better than a car - because he couldn’t drive it on the highway and possibly get into a wreck. It would also keep him home practicing for upcoming tournaments, which also means he would be safe. I suppose I worry too much about my son, but all parents worry about their children. I’m glad he would prefer a pool table to a convertible sports car.

Finding things to keep your family occupied in the summer time can be a little exhausting. Most of the time my family would spent it’s time driving all over the place finding exciting and new things to do. However, this was timely and not very cost effective. We spent a lot of money just on gas and food that we wouldn’t of had to if we would have stayed home. I am an avid shopper on eBay. I love to get the best deals that you can’t find anywhere else and have them shipped to me. I always save a ton of money, but the quality is never lacking. My latest great deal was a new pair of k swiss shoes that my son will die for. EBay is the only way I can afford to keep him in the respectable brand names he insists on. Not that I mind so much because the quality of such brands is obvious if you have ever bought a cheaper version of that product.
