I have been using computers for at least ten years, so I am fairly comfortable with them. Last month, my boss announced that they were switching to a new tech support team, and we were all a little nervous about how that was going to work. When they announced the name of the Charleston computer help team that was going to help us, we were all elated. They had a great reputation in our area, and they certainly lived up to it when they came to assist us. We got all the help we needed, and our transition was smooth and unencumbered.
