Finding the Right People for the Job
I know that there are a lot of people that really want to do things the right way, but they just do not know what they are supposed to do. That is why I want to make sure that I am doing everything I can to teach them what they are supposed to do. I am going to have the best health and safety consultants come in and help me talk to everyone about what is important while they are on the job site. I know that will really help me to feel better about what is needed and how everyone can be safe.
